Confused at first how to wear it but noticed on the video that the neck rest initially sits on the camera - then voila, a very comfortable way to carry your camera and be hands free. I tightened the strap so when taking photos the strap supports the camera, reducing shake. Fitted to D7500 with 300mm lens
