WHERE IS CAMSTRAP MADE?
The majority of our materials are produced in France to guarantee the highest possible product quality, and the straps are then assembled by us in our workshop in Pignan, Hérault.
CAN YOU TAKE PICTURES IN PORTRAIT/VERTICAL MODE?
Yes, Camstrap allows you to take pictures in both portrait and landscape, you can see it in the different product pictures.
WHAT TYPE OF CAMERA DOES CAMSTRAP FIT ON?
For cameras: Camstrap adapts in principle to all camera models thanks to its ingenious system of rings. See our user guide to learn more
HOW DO I ATTACH CAMSTRAP TO MY CAMERA?
On the camera: Attaching Camstrap is very easy. Just put the rings on the attachment points of your camera.You can consult the following page which contains the instructions for use .

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact our customer service at benjamin@cam-strap.com as soon as possible so that we can modify or cancel your order before shipment or our contact page here.
HOW CAN I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If the product does not suit you or you made a mistake when ordering, you have 30 days to request an exchange or refund. All you have to do is contact us via the contact page.
Make sure the item is intact and well protected, so that it is not damaged during transport. Once we have received your tracked mail, we will check that the item concerned is in its original condition and then proceed with the exchange or refund. It is up to the customer to organize the return and pay the shipping costs.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship our orders all over the world (Europe, North America, Oceania and Asia) with tracking. The delivery times is usually around 7 working days. The transporter is the national post services of the country where the item will be delivered.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been placed, you should receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order on the website of the national post office where the order will be delivered.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
- For France, the average normal delivery time is 3-4 working days from the day of order.
- For Europe and the USA, the average normal delivery time is 7 working days from the day of order.
- For Australia and Japan, the average normal delivery time is 10 working days from the day of order.
If a product is out of stock or if delivery is made to remote locations, the delivery time may be longer
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our parcels are in the form of an envelope that can be slipped directly into your letterbox, so you don't have to be present to receive the parcel.
